About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing electrical power solutions to customers across various industries.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and sales performance.
Qualifications
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Business Development within the electrical or power industry.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
Experience in selling UPS, PV, BESS, Battery Systems, Rectifiers, Inverters, or other electrical power solutions is preferred.
Strong network with customers in the electrical, power plant, EPC, manufacturing, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Mandarin is an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini).
Willing to travel for business when required
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
