PERSYARATAN :

  • Pendidikan : Minimal S1, S2 / Psikolog

  • Pengalaman : Minimal 5 Tahun

KUALIFIKASI :

  • Pengalaman di bidang HRD Minimal 5 tahun

  • Pendidikan Minimal S1 jurusan Psikologi/Manajemen HR

  • Sangat Rekomendasi S2 Psikologi

  • Teliti, cekatan, disiplin, memiliki inisiatif tinggi

  • Terbiasa mengurus Absensi, Payroll, Recruitment, BPJS, SOP, PP, KPI, Jobdesk, Surat Menyurat, Training & Development dll

  • Menguasai hukum ketenagakerjaan sesuai UU Ketenagakerjaan

  • Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim

  • Melakukan administrasi di bidang HR & GA

  • Penempatan di Kota Palembang

    Hari Kerja: Senin - Jumat
    Jam Kerja: 08:00 - 17:00
