Business Development (BD) Manager – YOGYAKARTA/SEMARANG/SURABAYA/SOLO BASED
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new hotel management/property/leasing/consultancy opportunities in YOGYAKARTA/SEMARANG/SURABAYA/SOLO.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, property owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
Prepare commercial proposals, feasibility summaries, and management contract presentations.
Support negotiation of hotel management agreements and commercial terms.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
Coordinate with operations, technical services, and finance teams during project onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of BD/Account Manager experience in hotel/asset management/property/real estate/OTA management/hospitality consulting.
Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of property/hotel trends
Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
Willing to travel within Indonesia.
