We are looking for Game Planner with skill attach below and for our Game Project. Our game project will have some category of games. Have Experience in MMORPG games is a strong advantage and will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document game concepts, rules, and systems
- Write detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs)
- Create level designs, quests, missions, and event flowcharts
- Work with developers to implement gameplay mechanics
- Balance gameplay (difficulty, rewards, progression)
- Analyze player feedback and propose adjustments
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, etc.)
- Excel or spreadsheet skills for balancing systems
- Understanding of UI/UX design basics
- Understanding of player psychology and engagement
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Balancing numbers, pacing, and rewards
- Playtesting & user feedback analysis
- Knowledge of monetization, game economy, or live ops
- Understanding of industry trends and genres
