The Role Own end-to-end agency operations across SEO, Content, Web, Paid, Email, Social, and Design. Lead 8 functional heads, 70 team members to ensure KPI performance, client ROI, and elite execution. Full accountability for delivery quality, team performance, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Own
- Lead 7 leaders and a team of 35
- Drive KPI performance + client ROI
- Capacity planning, hiring, profitability
- Enforce SOPs, playbooks, accountability
- Remove roadblocks, ensure delivery quality
What You Bring
- 8+ years experience (4+ in marketing/project mgmt)
- 4+ years managing 10+ (scaled 50–100 teams)
- Strong across digital channels (SEO, paid, web, etc.)
- Proven in $15M-$50M+ environments
- Systems + KPI-driven operator
- Strong leader, highly organized, data-driven
- Agency experience + EOS familiarity (asset)
- Experience leading development and strategic adoption of AI agents to automate workflows and enhance business outcomes
