Responsibilities:
Develop OH framework to promote workplace safety and health
Recommend / implement policies to maintain safe and healthy workplace
Organize occupational health education activity i.e health talk, flyer, etc
Identifying risk and hazards in workplace through activities such as conduct safety/hygiene /sanitation inspections, walk through survey, etc
Coordinate with the CMO to provide input on occupational health practices to client if needed
Surveillance, performing investigation and reporting on occupational disease for employees who attend the MCU or who come for outpatient treatment
Supervising and providing direction for client occupational health services; fit to work, fit for task, return to work policy, etc and provide occupational health consultation services to employees to determine their return to work, included recommendation for required rehabilitation program
Key Skills/Qualities:
Postgraduate in Occupational Health (MKK or SpOK).
Having minimum 2 -5 years Occupational Health experience.
Experience in mining industry will be an advantage.
HIMU, ATLS, ACLS, and Hiperkes certification are advantage.
Good written and spoken English are advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality.
Willing to be placed at Kalimantan area
