Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reservation & OTA Specialist to manage online distribution channels and optimize booking performance. This role is responsible for handling reservations, managing OTA platforms, and maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective pricing and listing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor bookings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
Update rates, availability, and promotions through channel manager systems.
Optimize property listings (photos, descriptions, pricing strategies) to improve visibility and conversion.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to support revenue optimization.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and payment tracking.
Maintain high guest review scores and manage online reputation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (occupancy, ADR, revenue).
Coordinate with Villa Manager and operations team regarding guest schedules and requests.

Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservation, OTA Management, or Revenue Management.
Strong understanding of OTA platforms and channel manager systems.
Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of pricing strategy and revenue management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
