📌 APA YANG AKAN KAMU LAKUKAN?
✅ Susun Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & RAB/HPP proyek
✅ Analisis harga satuan material, alat & tenaga kerja
✅ Kontrol realisasi biaya vs anggaran yang disetujui
✅ Siapkan dokumen tender dan penawaran proyek
✅ Monitor Variation Order & dampaknya terhadap biaya
📋 KUALIFIKASI:
• S1 Arsitektur Lanskap, Teknik Sipil, atau terkait
• Pengalaman min. 2–3 tahun sebagai QS / Cost Estimator
• Menguasai AutoCAD & Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Mampu membaca gambar kerja teknis
• Teliti, analitis, dan bersedia site visit
