HR Supervisor

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our mission to create a welcoming and professional environment where every individual feels valued and empowered. The Human Resources Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR functions. Key responsibilities include managing payroll processes, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining HRIS database records, and assisting with employee onboarding and training. This position also involves coordinating administrative tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement within the HR department and will work closely with management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Proficiency in payroll management, Google Docs, Microsoft Outlook, HRIS database management, Microsoft Office, recruitment, Google Sheets, Human Resource Development (HRD), and general administration is essential.
