Job Description:

  • Melakukan evaluasi dan substitusi bahan baku sesuai kebutuhan produksi dan permintaan klien.
  • Melakukan trial formula untuk memastikan kualitas, stabilitas, dan efektivitas produk tetap sesuai spesifikasi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim R&D, Purchasing, QA, QC, dan PPIC terkait penggunaan bahan baku.
  • Menyusun laporan hasil trial dan dokumentasi pengembangan formula.


Qualifications:

  • Pendidikan S1 Farmasi, Apoteker, Kimia, Teknologi Pangan, Biologi, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang R&D Formulasi/Substitusi di industri kosmetik, herbal, atau maklon menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memahami karakteristik bahan baku, formulasi, dan proses pengembangan produk.
  • Teliti, analitis, serta mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
