Responsibilities:
1. Menjadi host live streaming dengan pembawaan interaktif dan engaging.
2. Memperkenalkan serta menjelaskan produk.
3. Menyusun konsep live bersama tim marketing & kreatif.
4. Mengatur dan mengoperasikan peralatan live (kamera, lighting, mic, software streaming).
5. Mengontrol jalannya live: memantau komentar, meng-highlight produk, serta memastikan kualitas audio & visual stabil.
6. Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk laporan performa live dan evaluasi konten.
Requirements:
1. Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK/D3/S1, terbuka untuk semua jurusan.
2. Percaya diri tampil di depan kamera, komunikatif, dan energik.
3. Fashionable & update trend fashion terkini.
4. Memiliki keterampilan dasar mengoperasikan kamera, lighting, dan perangkat live streaming.
5. Multitasking (menjadi host sekaligus operator saat dibutuhkan).
6. Fleksibel dengan jadwal live (prime time sore/malam).
7. Pengalaman sebagai host/MC/operator live menjadi nilai plus.
8. TB: Min. 160 cm BB ideal
Nice to Have:
1. Aktif di media sosial dengan personal branding menarik.
2. Skill persuasi & selling.
3. Paham aplikasi/live tools seperti OBS, TikTok Seller Center, atau Shopee Live.
