Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengelola operasional harian produk PPOB (pulsa, data, PLN, BPJS, dll)

  • Memastikan ketersediaan produk dan kelancaran transaksi

  • Memantau performa transaksi (success rate) secara rutin

  • Membuka dan menutup produk sesuai kebutuhan

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis dan mitra untuk kendala sistem

  • Mengelola hubungan dengan vendor/agregator

Kualifikasi:

  • Min. pendidikan D3 / S1 Semua jurusan

  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang operasional (lebih disukai fintech/e-commerce/Agregator Pembayaran)

  • Paham alur transaksi PPOB / agregator dan sistemnya

  • Teliti & rajin dalam bekerja

  • Memahami dasar percakapan bahasa Inggris

  • Bersedia shifting 24/7
