Ensure all accounting entries are recorded accurately, completely, and correctly before approving and posting journal entries as part of the monthly and annual closing process within the ERP system.
Prepare reconciliations between General Ledger (GL) balances and Sub-Ledger balances.
Review journal entries from all accounting modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), expenses, operating costs, fixed assets, and payroll, to ensure proper account coding and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare the monthly General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance (TB) after the completion of the month-end closing process, in both soft copy and hard copy formats.
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial reports, including the Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Statement of Profit or Loss, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Aging Reports, Cash Flow Statement, and other required management reports.
Verify sales recap data, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including Doctor Variable Costs, Doctor Fixed Costs, Laboratory Costs, and Other Costs.
Monitor all fixed asset additions and disposals, and ensure monthly depreciation calculations are performed accurately.
Ensure monthly and annual financial closing processes are completed accurately and within the established timeline.
Provide supporting schedules and documentation for annual external audits, tax audits, and other party.
Support the team with other assignments and ad hoc projects as required by Management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance. Candidates with an Accounting degree are preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling full-set accounting or independently managing General Ledger (GL) functions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, the accounting cycle, and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics BC) or other ERP/ accounting systems.
Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and complete month-end and year-end closing processes within established deadlines.
