About Us
Scramblyis one of the fastest-growing adtech startups in the world, featured in the AppsFlyer Performance Index and Singular ROI Index in just 3.5 years.

We’re growing 250%+ YoY across revenue, team, product, and technology - fully bootstrapped and profitable.

We’re building the future of app discovery: a reward-powered alternative to the App Store and Google Play. Our loyalty-driven ecosystem connects millions of users with the world’s top apps and delivers unmatched, ROI-focused growth for mobile advertisers.

Our mission is to build a true alternative to traditional app stores - fueled by rewards and data - and create a new, performance-first growth engine for mobile app advertisers.

About the Role
As a LeadPPC Manager at Scrambly, you will own and scale our paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft Ads, building it into a stable, profitable and automation-driven growth engine. Google Ads is the primary channel; you will also develop and expand Microsoft Ads as a meaningful secondary source.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role with a clear path to people management. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign performance, architecture, conversion structure, and the value logic that drives sustainable budget growth while maintaining profitability. As the channel scales, you will hire and lead a small team to support continued growth.

You will work closely with the Head of User Acquisition as the strategic owner of paid search. Your goal is to build systems and processes that make performance explainable, repeatable, and scalable.

If you thrive on building durable growth engines with meaningful ownership and autonomy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Search Strategy & Execution
    • Own end-to-end performance of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads for our app portfolio
    • Define and execute the paid search acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and profitability targets
    • Build and maintain stable, structured campaign architectures with clear conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
    • Drive sustainable budget growth while maintaining or improving efficiency, scaling budgets from high five-figure to high six-figure monthly ranges
    • Develop a documented scaling and testing roadmap with clear milestones and success criteria
  • Automation & Systems
    • Design and implement automation systems (scripts, rules, monitoring workflows) that significantly reduce manual optimization effort
    • Build scalable processes for bid management, budget allocation, and performance monitoring
    • Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual work with systematic, repeatable solutions
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Own performance reporting tied directly to business outcomes, using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and Looker/Looker Studio
    • Maintain a clear understanding of value signals, cohort health, and attribution nuances across channels
    • Ensure channel performance is predictable, defensible, and clearly explainable to stakeholders
    • Operate comfortably with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals, making sound decisions despite incomplete data
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with the Head of User Acquisition to align on strategy, priorities, and growth targets
    • Clearly communicate performance drivers, scaling mechanics, and strategic trade-offs to the wider team
    • Proactively surface issues, flag risks, and propose solutions before they impact performance
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a strong focus on Search and Performance Max campaigns
  • Proven experience scaling paid search budgets in the high six-figure range with maintained or improved efficiency
  • Experience in performance-driven verticals such as gaming (preferably web), fintech, utilities, or health
  • Strong understanding of value-based bidding (ROAS/revenue optimization), including conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
  • Track record of designing and implementing automation: scripts, rules, monitoring systems, and workflows that reduce manual optimization
  • Strong analytical fluency across advertising and product analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Looker/Looker Studio, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Comfortable operating with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals, with the ability to make sound decisions despite incomplete data
  • Ability to clearly explain performance drivers and scaling mechanics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership-driven mindset: analytical, structured, systems-oriented, and focused on long-term profitability over vanity metrics
  • Transparent and proactive: comfortable surfacing issues, making decisions without perfect data, and being accountable for outcomes
  • Fluency in English (B2+)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads at scale, beyond basic campaign mirroring
  • Experience in mobile apps, rewards, or marketplace products
  • Familiarity with building or contributing to internal BI dashboards and reporting infrastructure
What We Offer
  • Direct ownership of a core revenue channel with visible business impact
  • Close collaboration with the Head of User Acquisition and company leadership
  • High autonomy in a lean, low-bureaucracy environment where strong ideas get tested and shipped quickly
  • The opportunity to build scalable systems and processes from the ground up in a fast-growing gaming and rewards company
  • Full-time & fully remote position
  • 15 days of paid vacation days
  • 5 days of paid days off
  • 5 days of paid sick leave
  • Maternity/Paternity leave
  • National holidays based on the country of your stay
