Join the Core Team Behind a New Trading Card Game in Indonesia!
We are building the team behind a brand new Trading Card Game (TCG) in Indonesia and are looking for passionate individuals who understand the TCG ecosystem and want to contribute to its growth from the early stage.
This opportunity is open for both Full-time employees and Freelance talents. Candidates will be considered for different roles based on their experience, expertise, and interests.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Trading Card Games and have experience in areas such as:
TCG Coaching & Training
Tournament Operations / Organized Play
Tournament Judge / Rules Knowledge
Community Development & Event Activation
Key Account / Sales / Business Development
Product Specialist & Gameplay Support
Content Creation & Livestream
Other TCG-related roles
Responsibilities
Depending on your expertise, you may contribute to:
Supporting the launch and growth of a new TCG brand in Indonesia.
Providing coaching, training sessions, and gameplay demonstrations.
Supporting tournaments, leagues, and community activities.
Building relationships with TCG communities, hobby stores, and partners.
Providing product knowledge and gameplay support to customers and communities.
Creating engaging TCG-related content and livestream sessions.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop the TCG ecosystem.
Qualifications
Passionate about Trading Card Games and the TCG community.
Familiar with one or more Trading Card Game titles (such as Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Digimon Card Game, Union Arena, Cardfight!! Vanguard, Weiss Schwarz, Shadowverse EVOLVE, or other TCGs).
Active involvement in TCG communities, tournaments, coaching, judging, content creation, sales, or related activities is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to build something new.
Willing to support events and activities that may take place on weekends or outside regular working hours when required.
