Job Description
As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team to drive sales through attractive product displays, effective promotions, and well-managed inventory. Your responsibilities will include daily product allocations, data analysis, and assisting with online and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the allocation of watches to retail locations for optimal stock levels and visual appeal
- Track inventory levels, analyze sales data, and implement pricing strategies
- Manage promotional assortments to achieve financial targets
- Communicate with sales associates and customers to ensure product knowledge and display execution
- Stay updated on watch trends, prepare merchandising reports required, and provide insights for decision-making
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry (fashion, accessories, or watches) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in SM consignment, other department stores, and boutique is a plus
- Passion for watches and the retail industry
- Residing in Manila or willing to be assigned in Binondo Manila
- Immediate availability to start
