Responsibilities:
Create and maintain schedules, baselines, milestone trackers, lookaheads, and recovery plans per stream/area.
Monitor plan vs. actual performance, delays, backlogs, aging issues, and blockers impacting delivery targets.
Validate progress cut-offs alongside Project Manager, Supervision, Admin, GIS, and relevant functional teams.
Manage control points across the entire project ecosystem (client, internal team, and partners) to keep scope, progress, and documentation aligned.
Prepare progress reports, delay/recovery logs, and escalation recommendations for Project Control.
Ensure core deliverables are available: Schedule/baseline; progress report; delay & recovery log; milestone tracker.
