Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Host Live Streamer located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Indonesia. You will host live sessions across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Main Responsibilities
Membuka, membawakan, dan menutup live sesuai SOP rundown.
Menjelaskan USP produk, varian, harga, promo, voucher, bundling, dan cara pakai.
Interaksi aktif: komunikasi bilateral, menjawab pertanyaan, serta menangani keluhan customer (objection handling).
Mendorong konversi: pin produk, sebut stok/urgency, upsell/cross-sell, manfaatkan voucher & flash sale.
Menjaga brand tone of voice (ramah, informatif, tidak berlebihan).}
Qualification
Minimal SMA/SMK; pengalaman menjadi host/MC/sales menjadi nilai tambah.
Percaya diri di depan kamera, artikulasi jelas, mimik & gesture ekspresif.
Sales-driven: mampu closing, upsell, dan mengelola keberatan dengan sopan.
Produktif & disiplin: on-time dan dapat mengatur waktu.
