Job desc:

  1. Melakukan perawatan berkala pada mesin produksi, utilitas, gedung, dan fasilitas

  2. Melakukan perbaikan dan berkoordinasi dengan maker apabila terjadi kerusakan pada mesin, utilitas, gedung dan fasilitas, dengan cepat dan tepat agar aktivitas perusahaan dapat berjalan normal kembali

  3. Melakukan analisa kerusakan di area kerja (mekanikal, elektrik, dan sipil)

  4. Menyusun schedule preventive maintenance yang efektif sehingga dapat menurunkan downtime mesin dan peralatan


Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan min. SMK Teknik Mesin, Kelistrikan

  2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Maintenance pada industri dies stamping untuk otomotif minimal 2 tahun

  3. Mampu melakukan troubleshooting mesin produksi (CNC, bubut, drill/bor, milling, press, crane, kompresor, welding) dan kelistrikan

  4. Menguasai teknik dasar kelistrikan (arus kuat/lemah) dan perbaikan mekanik

  5. Mampu menggunakan alat-alat perkakas tangan (hand tools) dan alat ukur
