Producer

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in TV commercial, digital campaign, branded content, or advertising production

2. Proven experience as a Producer in a Production House, Agency, or Commercial Production environment

3. Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows from creative development to final delivery

4. Excellent leadership, project management, and client handling skills

5. Strong budgeting, negotiation, scheduling, and production planning abilities

6. Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines and high-pressure environments

7. Strong communication and presentation skills when dealing with clients, agencies, directors, and internal teams

8. Deep understanding of creative execution, production quality, and storytelling

9. Strong network of production crew, vendors, talents, locations, and production partners is a plus

10. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset

11. Able to supervise both creative and operational aspects of production

12. Familiar with TVC, Digital Ads, 3D Animation, Social Media Campaign, and Commercial Production standards

Responsibility :

1. Lead and oversee commercial production projects from initial briefing to final delivery

2. Translate client and agency briefs into effective production strategies and execution plans

3. Manage project timelines, production schedules, and overall workflow to ensure smooth execution

4. Prepare and supervise production budgets, quotations, and cost management

5. Coordinate closely with directors, creative teams, agencies, clients, and production crews

6. Ensure all productions meet creative expectations, technical quality standards, and delivery deadlines

7. Supervise pre-production processes including treatment development, casting, crew hiring, location scouting, permits, wardrobe, and production planning

8. Oversee production activities on set and ensure all operations run efficiently and professionally

9. Manage post-production workflow including editing, offline-online process, motion graphics, sound, color grading, 3D Animation and final output delivery

10. Handle communication and relationship management with clients, agencies, and external partners

11. Anticipate production risks and resolve operational or creative challenges efficiently

12. Ensure productions stay within approved budgets while maintaining high production quality

13. Lead internal production teams and maintain strong collaboration between departments

14. Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, legal requirements, and production protocols

15. Maintain high standards of professionalism, production value, and company reputation throughout all projects

16. Prepare detailed production budget reports and financial recaps for every project
