Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Membuat molding (cetakan) untuk produk berbahan resin
- Melakukan proses casting resin (mixing, pouring, curing)
- Finishing produk (amplas, polishing, coating)
- Menjaga kualitas hasil produksi sesuai standar brand
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim desain untuk pengembangan produk baru
Kualifikasi
Pengalaman di bidang resin / fiberglass / molding minimal 1 tahun
Paham teknik:
- Silicone mold / cetakan resin
- Mixing resin (takaran, hardener, dll)
- Finishing (halus, rapi, detail)
- Teliti, sabar, dan punya sense detail tinggi
- Terbiasa kerja manual / workshop
Nilai plus:
- Pernah bikin aksesoris motor / produk custom
- Paham basic desain produk
