Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, or any related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or related roles.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a KOL/Creator team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, social commerce, affiliate programs, creator trends, and digital marketing landscape.
- Experienced in managing KOL/influencer campaigns, including campaign planning, creator selection, briefing, execution monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Proven ability to lead, monitor, and improve team performance in a fast-paced and target-driven working environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, KOLs, creators, agencies, and external partners.
Job Desc :
- Lead and manage the KOL team to ensure daily operations, campaign execution, and team objectives run effectively.
- Build clear team structure, workflow, task ownership, and performance standards for the KOL function.
- Monitor KOL team performance across creator outreach, acquisition, campaign execution, reporting, and target achievement.
- Coach and develop team members to improve productivity, negotiation capability, communication quality, and campaign management skills.
- Establish and optimize KOL management systems, including creator database, campaign tracker, briefing process, reporting format, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee end to end KOL campaign execution to ensure alignment with brand objectives, timeline, budget, content direction, and campaign standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure KOL activities are well-integrated with brand, social media, e-commerce, creative, and sales initiatives.
- Analyze campaign and team performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement workflow improvements to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales contribution.
