Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier Staff to support daily financial transactions and cash management activities within the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash receipts and payments accurately.
Receive, verify, and process customer and company payments.
Prepare and maintain cash transaction records and supporting documents.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure balance accuracy.
Assist in preparing petty cash reports and reimbursement processes.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams regarding payment documentation.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Support other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, to support daily work activities.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Cashier, Finance Staff, or related position.
Good understanding of basic finance, cash handling, and bookkeeping principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience using accounting or ERP systems will be an advantage.
