Job Descriptions
- Monitor and sustain system performance, availability, and security to guarantee stable, reliable, and secure operations.
- Deliver technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems to achieve optimal network performance.
- Oversee and verify the availability, health, and readiness of IT infrastructure to uphold business operations.
- Document, track, and maintain records of incidents and system issues to assist in investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Min. D3/S1 in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Active CCNA certification required and/or Fortinet
- 2+ years experience as IT support / Helpdesk in enterprise environment
- Skills: Windows 10/11, MS Office, AD, Office 365, basic networking, ticket handling
- Onsite 8x5 at SCBD area, standby during maintenance
- Good communication, proactive, able to work under pressure
- Working hour : 8 hour / days, shifting allowed in 08:00 to 21:00 on weekdays.
