Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a "hunter" mindset to expand our market presence in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships within the retail and project-based sectors. While experience in building materials is an advantage, we prioritize candidates with a strong sales pedigree from competitive industries such as Banking, Insurance, or Property.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients, distributors, and project opportunities across the Jakarta area.
Account Management: Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with existing stores and distribution partners.
Technical Proficiency: Rapidly acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product specifications and roofing systems.
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs through strategic negotiation and active "hunting."
Qualifications
Location: Must be based in Jakarta or willing to be stationed in the Jakarta area.
Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) and a valid driver's license for daily field activities.
Proven Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in sales, preferably within Building Materials, Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance.
"Hunter" Mindset: A self-starter who is resilient, proactive, and excels in lead generation.
Learning Agility: A fast learner capable of mastering technical product knowledge in a short timeframe.
Communication: Professional negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders ranging from store owners to project managers.
