JOBDESK CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORT LAUT :

1.Komunikasi dengan Customer (Consignee), Agent, dan Pelayaran.
2.Mencari harga (update) Ocean Freight FCL ke Agent maupun ke Shipping Line.
3. Mengerti dan memahami HS COde, CO dan lartas
4. Input inward manifest di CEISA dan memastikan tidak ada kesalahan informasi pada manifest
5.Follow up shipment :
Mengirimkan booking order baru, Memberitahukan schedule ke Consignee,
Meminta HBL & HBL draft sebelum cut off time atau kapal jalan,
Mengirimkan HBL draft ke Consignee untuk di cek
Konfirmasi draft ke agent ?Memasukan data shipment.
Meminta dokumen (HBL, MBL, DC NOTE) ke agent setelah kapal jalan
Cek dokumen apakah sudah sesuai dengan draft (HBL & MBL harus sesuai)
Cek freetime ke pelayaran (sebelum itu minta approval number dulu ke agent)
Kirim pre-alert ke Consignee
Cek ETA kapal ke pelayaran (website)/ NOA dari pelayaran
Kirim NOA ke Consignee (min 2 hari sebelum kapal tiba).
Lengkapi data shipment
Membuat invoice tagihan dan memastikan dokumen lampiran sudah lengkap
