We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our growing legal and business consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting lawyers and notaries in handling day-to-day corporate legal matters, including company incorporation, corporate amendments, business licensing, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, maintaining corporate records, coordinating legal filings, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of legal documentation.
The Paralegal will assist in processing business licenses, OSS submissions, AHU filings, trademark registration, and other regulatory applications while coordinating with clients, government institutions, and relevant authorities. The position requires conducting legal research, drafting legal correspondence and memoranda, monitoring changes in Indonesian laws and regulations, and supporting legal consultants in delivering practical solutions to clients. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining organized legal databases and document archives, supporting due diligence and corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company standards.
