Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters in line with applicable laws and company policies.
Handle project licensing and permitting from development through operational stages.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and project-related contracts.
Conduct legal due diligence, legal research, risk assessments, and provide legal advice.
Coordinate with government authorities, external legal counsel, notaries, and other stakeholders.
Monitor legal compliance, regulatory updates, and corporate governance requirements.
Support corporate secretarial matters, including shareholders' and board resolutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project execution and business operations.
Prepare legal documentation, compliance reports, and contract records.
Handle legal disputes, claims, and regulatory matters when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university; Master's Degree is an advantage.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Legal, preferably in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, construction, or project-based industries.
Strong experience in legal drafting, contract review, negotiation, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
Familiar with OSS, licensing, permitting, and liaison with government authorities.
Experience working with external counsel, notaries, and government agencies is preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Admission as an Advocate (PERADI) and/or Notary qualification is an advantage.
Willing to travel to project sites and government offices as required.
