Responsibilities
PLC & System Troubleshooting: Understand PLC basics, read ladder diagrams/wiring schematics, and troubleshoot control and electrical systems.
Electrical Instruments: Proficient in operating electrical measuring tools such as multimeters and clamp meters.
PLC Systems & Software: Proficient in Omron PLC (CX-Programmer / Sysmac Studio); experience with Mitsubishi, Siemens, Delta, Schneider, or Keyence is a plus.
HMI & Industrial Networking: Understand HMI basics, industrial communications (Ethernet, Modbus, RS-485), and electrical power systems (24 VDC, 220 VAC, 380 VAC).
Work Flexibility & Safety: Willing to work shift rotations, overtime, and standby duty; follow K3 safety guidelines, and maintain strong problem-solving skills.

Tanggung Jawab
Troubleshooting PLC & Sistem: Memahami dasar PLC, mampu membaca diagram tangga (ladder diagram) & skema pengkabelan, serta melakukan troubleshooting sistem kontrol dan listrik.
Instrumen Pengukuran: Terampil menggunakan alat ukur listrik seperti multimeter dan clamp meter.
Sistem & Perangkat Lunak PLC: Menguasai PLC Omron (CX-Programmer / Sysmac Studio); pengalaman dengan Mitsubishi, Siemens, Delta, Schneider, atau Keyence menjadi nilai tambah.
HMI & Jaringan Industri: Memahami dasar-dasar HMI, komunikasi industri (Ethernet, Modbus, RS-485), dan sistem listrik industri (24 VDC, 220 VAC, 380 VAC).
Fleksibilitas Kerja & K3: Bersedia bekerja secara shift, lembur, dan standby maintenance; mematuhi prinsip K3, teliti, disiplin, serta memiliki analisis masalah yang baik.
