Job Description:
1) Dealer Support & Sales Management
Supporting dealers with general part inquiries
Managing parts sales to dealer to achieve part sales revenue target
Processing part claim from dealers
2) Invoicing & Payment Processing
Generating invoice and sending it to dealers on a monthly basis
Processing monthly invoices from warehouse operator and logistic operator
Payment related to order
3) Parts Ordering & Preparation
Parts ordering to HQ & preparation for new model
4) Reporting & ANalysis
Developing part sales reports and provide analysis based on reports
Job Qualification:
Minimum 1-2 years of the related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related field
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy, especially in reporting and invoicing processes
