Data Analyst Operasional

Mengolah dan menganalisis data operasional Perusahaan menjadi insight/ monitoring performa operasional (order, retur, pengiriman).

Job Description :

Mengumpulkan dan mengolah data operasional (sales, warehouse, retur, pengiriman, dll).
Mengidentifikasi masalah (bottleneck/ titik kendala, selisih data, inefficiency).
Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan (KPI operasional).
Melakukan cross-check dan rekonsiliasi data operasional.
Mengembangkan sistem tracking & dashboard yang lebih efisien.
Mengotomatisasi laporan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan & akurasi.

Kualifikasi:

Minimal D3/S1 (Statistik, Matematika, Akuntansi, Sistem Informasi, atau sejenisnya).
Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di data analyst / operations analyst.
Mahir Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets/ Looker Studio Google (wajib: pivot, lookup, formula)
Paham alur operasional bisnis (warehouse, marketplace, logistics)
Problem solving berbasis data
Teliti & detail
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
