About the role
We are currently seeking a talented Live Streaming & Affiliate to join our dynamic marketing team at PT Lock & Lock Indonesia, a leading homeware and kitchenware brand. In this position, you will drive our live streaming and affiliate marketing initiatives, helping expand our online presence and customer engagement.
Job Description
Develop and execute Live Commerce and Affiliate strategies to achieve sales and GMV targets.
Manage end-to-end live streaming operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
Handle affiliate, creator, KOL, and agency management, including recruitment, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
Plan and optimize campaigns, traffic, conversion, and overall social commerce performance.
Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose improvement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to support overall ecommerce and marketing initiatives.
Monitor social commerce trends and implement innovative growth strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in E-commerce or Social Commerce.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Live Commerce (TikTok Shop / Shopee Live).
Minimum 3 years of experience handling Affiliate, Creator, or KOL ecosystems.
Must have experience in both Live Commerce and Affiliate management.
Preferably from E-commerce, Retail, D2C brands, FMCG, Beauty, Home & Living, Electronics, or Consumer Goods industries.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem, Shopee Live, affiliate platforms, and social commerce trends.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and drive business growth initiatives.
Good communication in English is a must.
