Requirments:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, DevOps, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing DevOps or Infrastructure teams.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or large-scale enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and security compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the DevOps Department, including DevOps Engineers
Develop and execute the organization's DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency.
Oversee cloud infrastructure, on-premise environments, and hybrid architectures.
Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and applications.
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using modern automation tools.
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, Delivery team, and IT Operations teams.
Manage infrastructure budgets, cloud spending, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
