The role

At PT Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry, we are seeking a talented Personal Assistant / Secretary (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in our central Jakarta office. This is a contract role that will see you providing high-level administrative and personal support to our senior executives. With your exceptional organisational skills and fluency in Mandarin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Responsible:

  • Assisting the deputy head purchasing departement

  • Responsible for the receipt and distribution of emails receiving and distribute purchase request form site to purchaser

  • Responsible distribute quatations from vendors to puechaser

  • Coordinate with all relevant departement (Site or Jetty and HO) for logistic matter

Requirements:

  • Have good skills in Mandarin or Chinese (certified is a plus) both orally and in writing (can listen, speak, read, write).

  • Have good ability to analyse and solve problems (problem-solving skills), have high flexibility, creative thinking skills, and good time management skills.

  • Have a sense of responsibility towards work, work effectively, can work under pressure.

  • Strong professionalism and good teamwork ability

  • Have good communication and coordination skills

  • Have strict logical thinking ability and comprehensive analysis and judgment ability

  • Strong in planning and coordination ability

  • Have ability for multitasking work

  • Computer literate and Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).

  • Have a desire to grow and learn longer to work in our company.Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
