At PT Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry, we are seeking a talented Personal Assistant / Secretary (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in our central Jakarta office. This is a contract role that will see you providing high-level administrative and personal support to our senior executives. With your exceptional organisational skills and fluency in Mandarin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
Responsible:
Assisting the deputy head purchasing departement
Responsible for the receipt and distribution of emails receiving and distribute purchase request form site to purchaser
Responsible distribute quatations from vendors to puechaser
Coordinate with all relevant departement (Site or Jetty and HO) for logistic matter
Requirements:
Have good skills in Mandarin or Chinese (certified is a plus) both orally and in writing (can listen, speak, read, write).
Have good ability to analyse and solve problems (problem-solving skills), have high flexibility, creative thinking skills, and good time management skills.
Have a sense of responsibility towards work, work effectively, can work under pressure.
Strong professionalism and good teamwork ability
Have good communication and coordination skills
Have strict logical thinking ability and comprehensive analysis and judgment ability
Strong in planning and coordination ability
Have ability for multitasking work
Computer literate and Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).
Have a desire to grow and learn longer to work in our company.Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
