Position Details
- Position: Insurance Account Associate
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Schedule: Shifting Schedule
- Salary Package: PHP 19,000 – PHP 23,000
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries for an insurance account through voice support.
- Assist customers with policy information, account inquiries, billing concerns, and general service requests.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company procedures.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate (K–12) or completed at least 2 years of college.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
