We are actively hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives for our site in Sucat. In this role, you will assist international clients with essential health-related inquiries, guide them through account details, and deliver compassionate, reliable customer support—all while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.
Key Qualifications
- Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
- Experience: No call center experience required—fresh graduates and first-timers are welcome!
- Language Skills: Good English communication skills (B2 proficiency).
- Availability: Willing to work onsite in Sucat on a shifting schedule and start immediately.
