Requirements:
Previous experience in Hospitality/F&B is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and well-groomed
Able to communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
Strong customer service orientation
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly
Manage reservations and waitlists
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating arrangements
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times
