About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Generalist) who can design, recommend, and deliver integrated enterprise IT solutions that align with our clients' business goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can translate business requirements into effective technology solutions while providing technical leadership throughout project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise IT solutions based on client requirements.
- Analyze clients' existing IT infrastructure and recommend appropriate technologies.
- Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and bills of materials (BOM).
- Serve as the Technical Lead during project implementation until project turnover.
- Collaborate with the Sales team during client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing client environments through additional technology solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, including:
- Servers
- Storage
- Virtualization
- Networking
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud Computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Fortinet, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and conducting client presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and project implementations when necessary.
