What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers via calls, chats, and emails using provided scripts while identifying sales opportunities.
- Answer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and turn customer interactions into sales or upselling opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and maximize conversion rates.
- Handle challenging customer situations and objection handling with a strong sales-driven attitude.
- Maintain accurate customer data, interaction records, and deal pipelines in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly CS and sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum D3 or S1 graduate from any major.
- English proficiency level C1 required (will be tested during recruitment).
- 7 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse customers and closing deals over the phone/chat.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Willing to work onsite at RDTX Square.
- Open to working in shifts, including night shifts.
- Available to start IMMEDIATELY.
