Employment Type: Full-Time, Contractual (1-Year Fixed-Term Project Basis)
Project Location: LIMA Estate / Aboitiz Economic Estate, Malvar, Batangas
Reports To: Site Electrical Engineer / Project Supervisor
Job Summary
We are recruiting qualified Site Electricians with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience for a 1-year project deployment at LIMA Estate in Malvar, Batangas.
The position will be responsible for executing on-site electrical installations, conduit piping, panel board wiring, power distribution setup, and routine electrical maintenance in accordance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) standards and PEZA ecozone safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduit & Cable Works: Execute PVC/RSC conduit bending, cable tray installations, raceway fittings, and wire pulling for high/low voltage power and auxiliary systems.
- Wiring & Terminations: Install, terminate, and wire distribution panels, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, transformers, and site lighting devices.
- Pre-Commissioning & Testing: Perform basic circuit continuity checks, voltage testing, insulation resistance (megger) testing, and routine electrical troubleshooting.
- Site Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to site Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and LIMA Estate PEZA environmental and safety guidelines.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret single-line diagrams (SLD), electrical riser diagrams, and site construction drawings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven hands-on site experience in industrial, commercial, or plant electrical construction projects.
- Education / Certification:
- Vocational Graduate or TESDA NC II / NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM) required.
- Registered Master Electrician (RME) license is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficient with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, megger testers, and conduit benders.
- Site Deployment: Willing to work on-site inside LIMA Estate (Malvar area) and work shifting schedules or overtime when required.
