Bonjour Bali is looking for a passionate and welcoming Shopkeeper to join our first retail store.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and ensure they enjoy a positive shopping experience.
Assist customers in finding products that best suit their needs.
Handle sales transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Keep up to date with product collections, promotions, and store policies.
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Host jewelry and swimsuit design workshops for international guests.
Capture photos and short videos to support the marketing team’s content.
Work closely with the Store Manager to deliver smooth day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a boutique, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
Confident communicating in English with international customers.
Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with groups.
Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.
Able to use a smartphone to take quality photos and short videos.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
