Job Description
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for High Speed Marine Engines and Propulsion Systems within the assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Lead sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including customer engagement, technical and commercial proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
Coordinate with regional teams and product centers to develop customer-focused solutions and project strategies.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer records within CRM systems.
Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and business reviews to management.
Job Qualification
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical/Electrical) or other comparable qualification related to meet the requirements of education or experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction orientation.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business.
Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted market.
Proficiency written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of the local market.
Detailed understanding of business, both technical and commercial.
