Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Fluent in English: Verbal and written
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms, recruitment systems (ATS), performance management software, and AI-powered workspace tools.
- Labor Law & Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of local labor laws, contract management, and internal HR policies, with proven experience resolving complex employee relations issues and monitoring social climate
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Tool Proficiency: Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office platforms, particularly advanced functions in Excel and Spreadsheets
- Passionate in Sport
- Culture & Leadership Enablement: Coach and upskill managers to act as "first HR" leaders who champion company values, foster inclusion, and drive employee engagement.
- HR Operations & Local Execution: Deploy core HR processes, global policies, and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and support daily manager decision-making.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Maintain strong knowledge of local labor laws and internal policies to resolve employee relations issues, manage contract terms, and oversee social climate watch.
- Process Automation: Create and implement AI prompts and automated templates to streamline core HR tasks like drafting communications, analyzing survey feedback, and job profile generation
