Responsibilities :
Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes
To be responsible that deliveries from stores are properly checked with an emphasis on quality, quantity and food safety
Represents the food production on a daily base
Safety training on food handling equipment
Ensure proper hygiene as per Dubai Municipality
Production and maintaining stocks of Meat, Vegetables, Dry Store
Requirements :
Proven experience in an Italian high end dining restaurant (2-3 years preferential)
Ability to prepare Itailan cuisine food
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends if needed
Maintains good working relationships with the other departments
