About the Role
PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Affairs Staff to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support company operations by managing facilities, assets, vendor coordination, and administrative functions across the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the smooth operation of a growing hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility management (office maintenance, utilities, cleanliness, and security)
- Manage company assets including inventory, tracking, and control
- Handle procurement of office supplies and operational needs
- Manage and evaluate vendors & service providers
- Maintain office administration, documentation, and permits
- Support transportation and operational logistics
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, online meetings and corporate activities
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Monitor and control operational costs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in General Affairs / Corporate GA
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong cost control mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
