Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute marketing campaigns & promotions
2. Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, events, and collaborations
3. Develop brand messaging, storytelling, and tone of voice
4. Plan content direction & monthly calendar
5. Manage KOL, influencer, and media collaborations
6. Coordinate with creative team (design, photo, video)
7. Ensure brand consistency across all channels
8. Monitor campaign performances in terms of awareness and engagement
What we’re looking for:
1. 2–4 years experiences in Marketing Communication/Brand/Campaign
2. Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience targeting
3. Proven experience in handling campaigns, activations, or events
4. Able to translate business goals into creative marketing ideas
5. Strong project management & coordination skills (bisa handle banyak hal barengan)
6. Good network / experience working with KOLs, influencers, or media
7. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
9. Experience in F&B / lifestyle brand is a strong plus
