Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, skilled Electronics Technician to support the reliability and operational performance of electronic systems. The role involves diagnosing electronic failures, performing root cause analysis, and supporting continuous improvement activities. This position requires strong analytical skills and a willingness to be assigned overseas in Romania for 2 years.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (Arus Lemah) / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience in electronics manufacturing, repair center, or related industries
(Fresh graduates with strong basic electronics fundamentals are welcome to apply)Proficient in using electronic measuring instruments such as:
Oscilloscope
Multimeter
Spectrum Analyzer
Able to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical diagrams
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Able to prepare reports using Microsoft Office
Demonstrates good leadership potential, discipline, and teamwork
Willing to work in a 3-shift system and adapt to production schedules
Able to work under pressure and meet targets
Willing to work overtime when required
Willing to be assigned in Romania for 2 years (Project-Based)
