Job Description

  1. Implement regional quality management strategies to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards

  2. Annual quality improvement project set up at selected suppliers

  3. Manage digital KPI Dashboards

  4. Lesson learnt to share best practice at regions

  5. Plan Trainings from internal or third party

  6. Lead supplier performance review via QBRs and 8D review meetings

  7. Provide training to enhance the team’s expertise in quality management

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred

  2. Managing manufacturing quality team and familiar IPQC, FQC and IQC process

  3. Proven experience in conducting NPI verification via PPAP or APQP

  4. ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate or equivalent

  5. English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or equivalent, Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage

  6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering Management, statistics, or Printing-related fields

  7. Holding Six sigma green belt certificate or above will be a plus
