Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in mining operations, with strong exposure to bauxite, silica, and/or coal mining.
Proven experience managing end-to-end mining operations and mining supply chain activities.
Experienced in mining production, hauling, stockpile, port operations, and mineral shipment.
Strong knowledge of Strategic Operations Management, Mining Operations Management, Budgeting & Cost Control, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Project Management, Leadership & People Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
Strong understanding of Good Mining Practice, Mining Safety, and Environmental Management.
Possess Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU) Mining Certification.
Possess relevant Mining Safety Certification in accordance with ESDM regulations.
Good understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and government requirements.
English proficiency is required.
Job Description:
Develop and implement operational strategies in line with the company's business targets.
Lead and oversee end-to-end mining operations, including mining, processing, hauling, stockpile, port operations, and mineral shipment.
Manage mining operations covering bauxite, silica, and coal commodities.
Ensure production, sales, and shipment targets are achieved according to the company's business plan.
Oversee short-, medium-, and long-term production planning and execution.
Ensure all operations comply with technical mining standards, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational specifications.
Control operational costs and optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and other company resources.
Ensure the implementation of Mining Safety, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and Environmental Management across all operational areas.
Ensure compliance with applicable mining regulations, permits, ESDM requirements, and government regulations.
Evaluate operational performance and establish corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to managers and department heads in managing mining operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, customers, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
