  • Desain KPI,Bantu bisnis turunin strategi perusahaan jadi KPI tim dan individu

  • Jalanin proses Appraisal Tahunan/Tengah Tahun. Dari kalibrasi, rating, sampai komunikasi hasil

  • Handle kasus low performer. Bikin PIP - Performance Improvement Plan bareng manager

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Review struktur organisasi

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Business. S2 sebagai nilai plus

  • Pengalaman 4-6 tahun di HR. Min. 3 tahun fokus di Performance, OD, atau HRBP

  • Mampu menggunakan mic office diutamakan pada data Excel, Pivot, Dashboard, dan Formula lain nya

  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Site (Maluku Utara, Mangole)
